Wisconsin Online Collaboratives Technical Support provides assistance with course access and course-related technology used within our set of programs. These include UW Online Collaboratives, UW Flexible Option, and UW Independent Learning.
We help students with issues related to:
- Canvas access to courses within our programs
- Troubleshooting course technology such as online textbooks, tools, or platforms
- Virtual Lab access and troubleshooting
We support faculty with:
- Course learning tool integrations
- Accessibility evaluations of course tools and materials
- Setup and troubleshooting of course-related technology
Please Provide:
- First and Last Name
- Course Number and Name
- Description of your problem (including any screen snapshots you may have)
- Computer information (Web Browser, Operating System)
