Wisconsin Online Collaboratives Technical Support provides assistance with course access and course-related technology used within our set of programs. These include UW Online Collaboratives, UW Flexible Option, and UW Independent Learning.
We help students with issues related to:
- Canvas access to courses within our programs
- Troubleshooting course technology such as online textbooks, tools, or platforms
- Virtual Lab access and troubleshooting
We support faculty with:
- Course learning tool integrations
- Accessibility evaluations of course tools and materials
- Setup and troubleshooting of course-related technology
Please Provide:
- First and Last Name
- Course Number and Name
- Description of your problem (including any screen snapshots you may have)
- Computer information (Web Browser, Operating System)

The Virtual Lab will be undergoing maintenance on Thursday, January 2nd from 8am CST until 10am CST. During this time you may not be able to access the Virtual Lab. If you encounter any issues with accessing the lab beyond 10am CST, please submit a ticket. Thank you!
