Molly Heisterkamp

Wish you could translate your passion for health and wellness into an exciting and fulfilling career? Molly Heisterkamp did it. Watch as this health management professional walks you through the special initiatives and day-to-day duties she performed as the prevention and health promotion coordinator for Dean Health, Wisconsin’s largest HMO.

From designating office recreation areas to implementing the “Weigh-to-Go” health-awareness program, Molly’s projects positively affected her co-workers, as well as Dean’s bottom line. Over the yearlong Weigh-to-Go initiative, employees at her location lost a total of 816 pounds. That’s great news for her co-workers, who are enjoying an increased capability for activity, fewer health issues, and more fulfilling lives. It’s also great for Dean Health as the employer works to tame rising healthcare costs and boost employee retention.
