UWX BL286 Anatomy and Physiology II

An examination of the structure and function of the human body at the molecular, cellular, tissue, organ, and system levels of organization. The integration of these levels of organization within the human organism is emphasized. UWX BL286 is the second course in a two-part series. UWX BL286 covers the following major body systems: Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Lymphatic, Immune, Digestive, Respiratory, Urinary, and Reproductive. Course topics include nutrition and genetics as well as water, electrolyte, and pH balance. This course is comprised of both lecture and lab. (NW, 4 credits)
